Mental Health

Your mind deserves care and respect. Some challenges in UNSHY may feel emotionally intense, especially if you're going through a sensitive time. That’s okay. You don’t need to push through everything. Growth is not a race, and it’s completely normal to take breaks, skip a challenge, or come back to it later when you feel ready.
What matters most is how you feel, not how fast you go. If something triggers anxiety, sadness, or distress, pause. Reflect. Talk to someone. And remember, reaching out for support is a sign of strength, not weakness. You can message us or connect with others who understand what you’re going through.

Physical Health

Please listen to your body. You never need to do anything that puts your physical health at risk. If a challenge involves being outdoors, moving around, or standing in public, make sure you’re in a safe environment. If you’re feeling tired, sick, or unsure, it’s okay to wait or modify the challenge.
There is no perfect way to complete a challenge. Your safety is more important than the experience itself. If you have any health concerns or limitations, always put them first and reach out if you’d like help finding safer ways to participate.

Health of others

Every interaction affects real people. Some UNSHY challenges might ask you to speak with strangers or involve others in a small way. Always approach these moments with care, respect, and empathy.
If someone seems uncomfortable or uninterested, you should stop right away without insisting. A smile, a polite word, and a respectful distance can go a long way. Our goal is never to interrupt or disturb, but to connect in kind and human ways. When in doubt, choose the more gentle path.
If you’re unsure how to approach a challenge involving others, feel free to ask the community or contact us, we’re happy to guide you.

Community

UNSHY is a space for people who want to grow without fear of judgment. We are all on different paths, and that’s what makes this community powerful. Let’s keep it safe, kind, and encouraging.
This means no hate, no bullying, no pressure to act a certain way. Every win is celebrated here, even the small ones that no one else sees. If you ever feel unsafe, unseen, or disrespected, please let us know. And if you just need a place to share your thoughts, ask for advice, or find a listening ear, the community is here for that too.
Together, we can build a space that lifts each other up.

Attitude

You don’t need to succeed at every challenge. You just need to try. That’s what UNSHY is about. The courage to show up even when things feel uncomfortable.
If something goes wrong or you get rejected, don’t take it as failure. Take it as proof that you dared. You did more than most people ever try. Be kind to yourself. Laugh a little. Learn something. Then come back when you're ready.
Keep your attitude open, patient, and proud not of the outcome, but of the effort. And if you ever feel stuck, unsure, or discouraged, our team and the community are always ready to help you reset and move forward.
